At Kosmetikherba, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make. We take great care in delivering high-quality skincare and herbal products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, you have 5 days from the date you receive your order to let us know.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- It should be in the same condition as when it arrived.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Simply send us an email at contact@kosmetikherba.com
to start the return process.
Once your request is approved, we’ll share all the details on how and where to
send your item back.
Please note that we can’t accept items returned without prior confirmation.
International Orders
For international customers, please note that import
duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Unfortunately, Kosmetikherba cannot cover these costs for overseas returns.
Condition of Returned Items
We ask that all items are returned in their original,
resalable condition and are securely packed to prevent damage or leaks
during shipping.
Using a trackable and insured delivery service is strongly recommended,
as we can’t take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us as soon as possible.
Send us a few clear photos and your order details, and we’ll make it
right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Items We Can’t Accept for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic or skincare items
- Sale or clearance products
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Exchanges
Need a different product instead?
The easiest way is to return your current item first. Once we’ve approved the
return, you can place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify
you about the refund status.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment
method.
When will you see your refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10
business days for the money to appear in your account.
